SEO stands for Search Engine Optimization. These days SEOs are not only the primary expertise for content writers, but also for various other professional including web designers, E-book writers, editors of various magazines/newspapers and communication writers. Every business enterprises, companies, services agencies, whether large scale or small, they need other people or potential customers? gets to know what they offer. To bring their products or services, they are required to market their products or services through advertising. These days, people usually rely on e-stuffs. So whatever he/she need, he?s now not required to go out and search personally wasting time, money & energy. Here comes our own internet. Once connected, the person doesn?t know who?s selling the item, where, when and so on. Now as there are lots of search engines, one enters the name of an item and you have numerous websites inclusive of some or in other ways, the item name. At this point, SEO significance comes in.

Search Engine Optimization is a kind of web designing & marketing technique on the basis of which, relevant web sites of the companies offering products or services, are visited by the visitors virtually. SEO helps various search engines, rank various web sites according to the number of times they were visited. Higher the ranking of the website means more traffic. Every entrepreneur, who holds a web site, expects more & more of traffics in his/her web site. Traffic here means, number of times people browsed the web site at the given point of time. The search engines are responsible to convert the value of traffics / visits into the potential clients for the company. So in this way, Search Engine Optimization plays a vital role in generating traffics into the web sites.

There are many factors which makes SEOs very significant. I believe the most important part of SEO must be the associated keywords, as much as possible, with the web sites. Any site, which is rich in the number of keywords, gets maximum rankings by search engines & optimizes the online visitors. The web sites with high rankings based on the relevant keywords, picked up by search engines and examine how thoughtful, relevant and representative these keywords are. The content writers must be experts in optimizing high quality writings, keeping in view, the ranking of the web site. SEO contents must also include high quality writing blogs, writing various articles, analyzing feedback, press releases and also adding high quality promotional contents to the website.

Secondly, a content writer, must include those contents, which visualizes what kind of information, a visitor is seeking. For such thing, a content writer has to understand the people?s choices, their needs, etc; so as to get stick to his client?s web site. Many people emphasize more on the keywords for their products or services and based upon them, they go ahead with the relevant web site. Some people prefer the rankings of the websites or ease of access to the links given.

This behavioral pattern of the audiences should be very clear to the SEO professionals. This can be accessible by being very active in social networking sites. Being socially active has number of benefits. People usually share their good/bad experiences, online shopping experiences, sharing files & images & so on. A real professional SEO content writer knows that their client?s websites must include links to share the images or experiences of products or services, including links to subscribe the newsletters of new products or services. Therefore, any Search Engine Optimization Content Writer possesses the skills of being extremely proactive in the various above mentioned platforms. He/she must be adventurous, inventive, active & creative.

Miami Criminal Law Attorney | Florida Misdemeanor | County Court ...

If you?ve been arrested for a Florida misdemeanor, you may wonder what you can expect in county court. Your Miami criminal law attorney can explain the details of the legal process and how the law applies to your particular case.

Many people appearing in court for the first time have questions about courtroom etiquette.? The idea of appearing before a judge can be intimidating for obvious reasons, especially when they have no prior experience in such a setting.

For the most part, being respectful in court is a matter of common sense.?

  • Dress in clean, presentable, office-appropriate clothing. Think professional and avoid casual clothes you would wear on the weekend, like a bandanna or large jewelry.
  • Show up on time.
  • Address the judge as ?Your Honor.?
  • No food or drink in the courtroom. Water will be provided. Chewing gum is also a no-no.
  • Wait your turn to speak, and don?t speak over anyone. If you have something to say, quietly let your Miami criminal law attorney know.
  • Be mindful of your body language. Don?t slouch, roll your eyes or make any disrespectful gestures.

All of those points can be summed up as essentially, when in doubt, leave it out. You don?t need to express your personal style, explain your case (that is what the lawyer should do), enjoy a light snack, or make excessive facial or body movements. Think about how you would want your child to act if they were meeting someone important for the first time.

Try to relax before entering the courtroom. Being excessively nervous can only hurt your overall demeanor. By presenting yourself in a positive light, you can help create a positive image of yourself and possibly help affect the outcome of your case.?

Arrest made in dismemberment killing of Colo. girl

Authorities in Colorado announce that a 17-year-old male has been arrested and charged with the murder of 10-year-old Jessica Ridgeway.

By Sevil Omer, NBC News

Updated at 3:32 p.m. ET:?Police in Westminster, Colo., say they have made an arrest in the dismemberment killing of 10-year-old Jessica Ridgeway.

Police said the suspect is a 17-year-old Westminster resident.

NBC News is not identifying the suspect because he is a juvenile.

Police received a call late Tuesday evening that led them to a home near the Ketner Lake Open Space in Westminster, a Denver suburb, according to police.

Jessica was abducted on her way to school on Oct. 5. Her dismembered body was found Oct. 10 in a nearby field.?

"This morning the Ridgeway family was notified of this arrest," Westminster Police Chief Lee Birk said. "We hope and pray this arrest gives them some measure of closure in dealing with their horrible loss and tragedy."

The teen will be charged with two counts of murder in the first degree, authorities said.

Reached by phone Wednesday, the teen's mother told The Associated Press he surrendered to authorities. "I made the phone call, and he turned himself in. That's all I have to say," the mother told the AP. She broke down in tears and hung up.

Police said authorities will also file charges against the teen in connection with a?May 28 attempted abduction of a female jogger at Ketner Lake.?The lake is located near Witt Elementary School in Westminster where Jessica was headed on the day she vanished, police said.

In the May 28 case, a 22-year-old woman told police she fought off a stranger who grabbed her from behind and put a rag over her mouth. She told police the rag smelled of chemicals.

The suspect is to appear in court on Thursday morning.

The Emotional Value of Having Pets in Your Home

The mere presence of a furry friend in your life can be just as good for your mental and physical well-being as an anti-depressant, home security system and membership at the local yoga studio all rolled into one. And it?s not just dog and cat lovers who think so. There is an increasing number of scientific studies about the beneficial effects of owning a pet ? from making you happier and healthier to saving your life. Let?s take a look at some of the biggest bonuses your animal relationships are giving you.

Fighting the Sniffles

According to the ?Journal of the American Academy of Pediatrics,? research shows that children are 31% less likely to suffer respiratory infections if they live with a pet, and kids from dog-owning homes got 44% fewer ear infections.

?It?s more support in a growing body of evidence that exposure to pets early in life can stimulate the immune system to do a better job of fighting off infection,? Dr. Danielle Fisher, Vice Chair of Pediatrics at St. John?s Health Center in Santa Monica, said in a recent ?Los Angeles Times? article.

And in what might be the most surprising twist, it looks like all that pet dander can actually keep kids from developing allergies and other respiratory problems. Having a pet in the home (along with everything they track in) puts the immune system in top training form, preparing it to deal with the variety of bugs and bacterias that are bound to find your family eventually.

Turn that Frown Upside Down

MSNBC reported that petting man?s best friend releases feel-good hormones like serotonin and oxytocin, making us feel better and lowering stress levels. And a University of California study found that men with AIDS had three times less incidence of depression if they had a canine companion.

While it seems like a no-brainer that owning a pet leads to a happier, more balanced life, researchers like Dr. Rebecca Johnson, Associate Director for the Center for Animal Wellness at the Missouri University College of Veterinary Medicine, want to understand why this happens and ultimately find the proof that could lead to doctors prescribing regular pet-sessions in the future.

Peace of Mind

There?s no question that staying home alone at night is a lot less daunting with an alert and protective puppy at your side. Dogs are great for letting you know when something seems awry, from a strange person approaching the house to the freaky sixth sense that canines seem to possess. They definitely keep an eye out for potential intruders and even do their darndest to scare the bad guys away with a fierce bark.

Shedding Extra Pounds

If you?re having a hard time sticking to your fitness regimen, then making your pet part of the process may be the key to success. Researchers at the University of Missouri found that people who walk with a dog exercise more regularly and show more improvement in physical fitness that people who walk with a human buddy. Another study at Northwestern Medical School confirmed the results, finding that people who went on a diet and exercise plan with their pet lost more weight and kept it off better than those who tried to lose weight alone or with a human partner.

?If you?re looking for motivation and social support to lose weight, you probably don?t have to look any further than the pet in your own home,? Dr. Robert Kushner, who led the Northwestern study, said.

And your dog will benefit too ? both studies showed that the pooches also shed pounds and showed more pep in their step.

Teaching Responsibility

Parents are always trying to find ways to teach kids to be more responsible, show more follow through and generally prove they are ready to be contributing members of society. Well, your family pet can accomplish all of that and the kid probably won?t even notice he?s learning. Owning a pet and giving your child responsibilities like feeding them, exercising them and cleaning up after them is a great way to help your youngster mature and learn to put another?s needs first.

But mom and dad aren?t off the hook. The biggest mistake parents make is adopting a dog and then immediately handing the pup over to their offspring. Just as with any life lesson, parents need to supervise and closely oversee the initial bonding and training of the animal. Parents need to model the behavior they are hoping their children will adopt. A conscientious parent makes all the difference in the success of the child-dog relationship.

What other benefits do you think our loved pets offer?

Florida picked to finish second in SEC basketball poll

Last Modified: Monday, October 22, 2012 at 4:42 p.m.

Florida received more significant preseason accolades heading into the 2012-13 men's basketball season.

The Gators were picked to finish second in Southeastern Conference's annual preseason men's basketball poll. Senior guard Kenny Boynton was named to the All-SEC first team, while junior center Patric Young earned second-team All-SEC honors.

Florida returns three starters from a team that finished 26-11 and reached the Elite Eight last season.

No surprise, Kentucky was tabbed to finish first in the SEC. The Wildcats lost all five starters from its national championship team but will replace them with an incoming freshman class that is rated the best in the nation.

Kentucky received 17 of 24 first-place votes in the poll. Florida received five first-place votes, while Missouri and Tennessee each received one first-place vote.

Boynton averaged a team-high 15.9 points per game last season. At 1,589 career points, Boynton is 501 points shy of breaking Ronnie Williams' UF scoring record.

Young started 32 of 37 games at center for the Gators last season, averaging 10.2 points and 6.4 rebounds with 30 blocked shots. He had four double-doubles last season.

Florida, ranked 10th in the ESPN/USA Today coaches poll, opens the season on Nov. 9 against Georgetown in the Navy/Marine Corps Classic on the deck of the USS Bataan in Jacksonville. After a game against Alabama State, the Gators play their third game of the season Nov. 14 at the O'Connell Center against No. 21 Wisconsin.

?The intensity has been there in practice,? Florida senior forward Erik Murphy said. ?Not just the coaches but in us, too, knowing the first couple of games are against somebody we're going to need to turn it up against. We've got to be ready.?

Acer third-quarter net profit well below forecasts; tax, FX losses seen

TAIPEI (Reuters) - Taiwanese PC maker Acer Inc reported third quarter net profit of T$68 million ($2.32 million), well below estimates.

A poll of 18 analysts by Thomson Reuters I/B/E/S produced a mean estimate of T$756 million profit.

The company did not explain why its profit undershot expectations so dramatically, but said it would hold a briefing on Thursday to give more details of the earnings and its outlook.

One analyst said the figure was likely to be the result of foreign exchange losses and higher tax rates, which may continue to impact the fourth quarter.

"The lower-than-expected net profit was due to a forex loss of over T$100 million and a higher tax rate at 34 percent; previous guidance was around 20 percent," said KGI Securities analyst Angela Hsiang, citing her conversation with the company.

Acer was not immediately available for further comment.

In the previous quarter it also reported profit far below forecasts, which it attributed to a one-off tax issue.

One year ago, the company posted a worse-than-expected net loss as it struggled with stiff competition from tablet PCs and the effects of a restructuring.

The figures come as traditional PC makers are struggling to sell machines. Sapped of confidence by global economic troubles, many consumers are putting off buying new machines or switching to cheaper tablets instead.

Acer warned in August that growth in the PC industry could slow. Worldwide shipments of personal computers fell over 8 percent in the third quarter compared to a year earlier to 87.5 million, the steepest decline since 2001, Gartner analysts said.

Acer's Q3 profit was slightly up from net profit of T$56 million in the second quarter. In the third quarter of 2011 it made a net loss of T$$1.1 billion.

Consolidated revenue in the third quarter was T$104.4 billion, down 5.6 percent compared to the second quarter but up 11.4 percent from a year ago. In January to September, total revenue dropped 5.7 percent compared to a year ago.

Acer shares closed down 0.92 percent before the results were announced, versus the broader market's 0.48 percent decline.

Digital Storm launches Bolt, a tiny gaming PC with a giant graphics ...

Early this year, Dell introduced the Alienware X51, a miniature gaming PC just slightly larger than your average game console, yet still capable enough to play the latest games. Now, Alienware has some competition in that realm: the Digital Storm Bolt, a computer roughly the same size, but even more powerful. Despite having a chassis just 3.6 inches wide and 14 inches tall, Digital Storm's managed to cram a 500W power supply, a GeForce GTX 680 graphics card, and a Core i7-3770K CPU overclocked up to 4.6GHz.

Mind you, Digital Storm's a boutique retailer, and the Bolt isn't exactly a bang-for-the-buck machine. Compared to the Alienware X51, it's not nearly as cheap. Where the Alienware starts at $699, you'll have to shell out at least $999 for the base Bolt configuration, which comes with merely decent specs: a dual-core 3.1GHz Core i3-2100 processor, GeForce GT 650 graphics with 2GB of video memory, 8GB of memory, 1TB of storage, and an Asus H77 motherboard. Even at the $1,249 price point, which ups the ante to a Core i5-3570K CPU and GeForce GTX 660 graphics, the Alienware is a better deal... but that's about as powerful as the Alienware gets.

The secret is that where the X51 is held back by a custom 330W external power brick, the Bolt uses a standard 1U rackmount power supply, with 500W to start. That's enough to run a Core i7 processor, a GeForce GTX 680 graphics card, 16GB of memory, a 120GB solid state drive and that 1TB hard drive, all connected to a Z77 motherboard for $1,949. With a 700W power supply, Digital Storm plans to ship a GeForce GTX 690, too. We took a peek inside the Bolt last week, and while it's not nearly as carefully designed for easy upgrades ? keep that screwdriver handy ? the combination of a large GPU bay, a hefty power supply and three drive slots (two 2.5-inch, one 3.5-inch) lets you cram far more into the Mini-ITX chassis.

If you're planning to spend well over $1,200 on a mini gaming PC, the Bolt seems like the better bet, but there's also the Falcon Northwest Tiki to consider after you cross the $1,700 mark. If you're spending less, the Alienware X51 is still the tiny tower to get.
